Note: If your device fails to be supported by Android Data Recovery , the program may guide you to set “USB Mass Storage” on your device to scan data. If there is no “USB Mass Storage” for choice, you need to root your Android phone.
If your phone has been rooted, click “Allow” and confirm that the request of “Superuser” is remembered forever. Then back to your computer, and click “Start” on the program’s screen to scan your device.
Note: Some devices may present the “Allow” button for several times. Just keep clicking “Allow” until it disappear.
